Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery of an item. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To initiate the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and item(s) from that order that you wish to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
