Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, simply email us at info@thaluta.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return — we’ll be happy to help you through the process.

If there’s an issue with your order — for example, if you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged — please contact us immediately after delivery so we can make it right. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist if too much time has passed.

Please note that discounted items are final sale, including any orders placed with a discount code.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in new, unworn condition, and protected in either the original packaging or a transparent bag to prevent damage, dust, or leakage. Items that are worn, used, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy requirements, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
