The return process is a gigantic hassle (from Canada) Canada Post couldn’t recognize the return address provided and Thaluta TELLS you to value the return package at $20 to clear Thailand customs, which means you can’t get insurance on your return ... my $500 worth of goods being returned with no insurance means I’m out a lot if the parcel is lost... also, the cheapest return option for me with tracking (From Canada) was $70... I asked the company for help with these fees and was denied.
I’m super bummed, the clothing was comfortable, quality, and I would have continued to order items as I figured out what fit me, but the return process, costs, and also, duty fees, makes buying from this seller an overall bad experience.
